Re-Thread is a Barbanera line that gives new life to imperfect or flawed garments, regenerating them through repairs, embroidery, and artisanal details. Each piece is therefore unique.

The idea behind it is that beauty can arise from what wasn’t perfect — every re-threaded stitch tells the story of a second chance.

This version had a fabric defect on the left leg and a small one on the right. The garment was first opened entirely on both legs, the fabric defects were removed, and contrasting denim patches with sashiko embroidery and a needle-punched patch with a checked pattern were applied. Finally, the garment was restored by the expert hands of our seamstresses. A true piece for vintage lovers.
