To select the correct size, we recommend taking the following measurements with a soft tape measure. If necessary, get help from another person.
HOW TO MEASURE
1. Waist
Pass the tape measure around the waist at the point of smallest circumference. The tape measure should not be too tight on the body. The measurement indicated in the table represents half the circumference.
2. Leg
Run the tape measure down the inside of your leg to your ankles.
