Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers can return their orders, in full or in part, within 14 days from the delivery date. Items can be returned for a size exchange or a refund. Please note that sale items are non-returnable.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the same box in which they were shipped by BARBANERA.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Garments must be returned in the same condition as received and properly packaged, including all original accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) included with the order.

Shoe soles must be clean and show no signs of wear.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to return or exchange one or more items, please email us at customercare@barbanerastyle.com to request a Return Authorization Number.

To process your request, please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item code or name, and size or shoe number
  • Reason for return
  • (If requesting an exchange, please specify the desired size or item in the email.)

To speed up the process, we kindly ask you to include this information in the return form enclosed in your package. Once we receive your email, our customer care team will provide all the necessary documents and instructions to proceed with the return.

BARBANERA reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy. In such cases, the package may be rejected and returned to the sender.

BARBANERA reserves the right to:

  • Refuse unauthorized returns or returns that fail to meet the stated conditions, sending the items back to the customer at their expense.
  • Assess additional costs required to ensure the resale of returned items. Any charges will be communicated to the customer following the evaluation of the returned goods.
  • Reject returns of sale items.

The security tag must remain intact and attached to all returned items.

 

SELF-SERVICE RETURNS

Customers with a registered account can request a return directly from their account. Once the request has been reviewed, the procedure outlined above will follow.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Once your exchange request has been submitted to customercare@barbanerastyle.com, the items must be packed in their original box (or a sturdy alternative box) with the provided shipping label attached.

  • For EU and non-EU orders (excluding Italy), FedEx is the designated courier for returns and exchanges. We kindly ask you to drop off the packed and labeled parcel at your nearest FedEx location.
  • For orders within Italy, GLS is the designated courier. We will arrange the pickup of your parcel at your preferred address and time slot.

Returns are NOT free of charge. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from the total refund. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns from countries outside the EU, import duties may apply. These charges are levied when the parcel reaches the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please be advised that any import duties will be deducted from the refund.

 

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or number, the first exchange is free. For any additional exchanges after the first one, shipping costs will apply as outlined in the "Shipping" section.

You can exchange the item for the same product or select a different item. If the new item has a higher price than the original order, an invoice for the price difference will be emailed to you.

Exchanges for items priced lower than the original order are not permitted.

 

RETURNS FOR SALE ITEMS

Items purchased at discounted prices cannot be returned for refunds. However, they can be exchanged for a different size or number of the same item (if available) or for Store Credit. Exchanges for sale items are subject to a shipping fee. Please refer to the "Shipping" section for rates.

 

STORE CREDIT / GIFT VOUCHERS

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can opt to receive Store Credit. The shipping cost for the return will be deducted from the total, and the refunded amount will be issued as a voucher valid for 1 year, redeemable for any item in our store.

Store Credit can also be applied to items priced higher than the voucher value. Simply enter the voucher code at checkout to deduct the amount from your total order.

To request Store Credit, please email us at customercare@barbanerastyle.com, including:

  • Order number
  • Item code or name, and size or shoe number
  • Reason for return
  • Request for Store Credit

Our team will provide instructions for proceeding with the return as detailed above. Once the return is received and inspected, our customer care team will email you a 1-year valid voucher.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds for returned items will only be processed after the package has reached our warehouse and passed a quality inspection.

For orders paid via credit card, the refund will be available within 5 business days and visible on your card statement. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and are beyond our control.

Refunds for orders paid through PayPal or bank transfer will be credited to the same account used for payment.

All refunds will be issued in the same currency used for purchase. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
