SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Barbanera ships with the following couriers: FedEx, DHL, GLS.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery times for Italy:
Delivery in 1-2 working days €10
Estimated delivery times for Europe:
Delivery in 3-8 working days €25
Estimated delivery times for US:
Delivery in 5-10 working days €50
Estimated delivery times for ROW:

Free shipping on orders over €400.
You will receive a tracking code as soon as the package is handed over to the courier.
All orders are processed automatically and associated with the selected shipping method.
Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
If the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, the courier will make two additional delivery attempts.
At the moment it is not possible to ship to a holding warehouse or ship items in an order to different addresses.
You can track your order using the code provided in your confirmation email.
As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive notifications via email or phone number. The courier will send you updates on the shipping status.
If you are a registered user, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account.
All items ordered on the barbanerastyle.com website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise purchased through final sales can be exchanged but cannot be refunded. All sales of merchandise purchased on sale are final.
Items must be returned in their original condition complete with original packaging.
To make a return or exchange, follow the instructions below:
1. Please ensure that the items are returned in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels and warranty seals intact and still attached. Original packaging, such as boxes, dust bags and other packaging, must accompany the return.
2. To start the return, refund or exchange process, fill out the return form (which you will find with your order) and follow the instructions provided, or make the request from your account if you have one. In case of both returns and exchanges, you will receive a confirmation email. For any information you can contact us at info@barbanerastyle.com
3. Place the items to be returned or exchanged in a box, preferably the original one, and make sure it is well sealed.
4. Entrust the package to the courier indicated to you via email. For returns made via FedEx or DHL you will receive a waybill to attach to the package. For returns made via GLS you will have to indicate to our team a suitable time slot for collection without attaching a waybill.
5. As soon as the return arrives at our warehouses and has been verified, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return and the issuing of the refund. Please note that the refund times depend on the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. In the event of an exchange, you will receive a confirmation by email when the new size or color is shipped.
6. We remind you that in case of size or color changes, your request may be canceled if the requested item is not available. In this case you can ask for a Store Credit to use for all the items in our online store.
Barbanera reserves the right not to accept returns that have not been adequately communicated, sent beyond the established terms or returned in conditions different from those in which they were received (see point 1).
Shipping costs for Returns are the customer's responsibility. All size and color changes are free.
On holidays it will not be possible to ship orders. Our holidays are:

You can select your shipping country in the box at the top right or at the bottom of the site.
The order must be shipped to the same country indicated on the website where the purchase is made. Selecting another shipping country may change or empty your cart.
For home delivery, the order will be delivered by courier during office hours. Please note that you will be asked to sign for security reasons upon collection.
After the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for subsequent delivery attempts.
ORDERS
To explore our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu or click the “Search” icon to enter one or more keywords.
You can refine your search using the filters available in each category.
To view full product details, click on the photo to open the page, where you can find available sizes and colors, additional images and information.
Once you have chosen the item, select the desired size and color and click on “Add to cart”.
To complete your order, click on “Cart” at the top right and then on “Checkout”.
If you have a discount code, this can be entered at checkout in the appropriate drop-down menu in the order summary.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your Spam folder. If you do not find it, contact us for assistance.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us within a few minutes of placing your order by email by completing the form in the “Contact Us” section, entering your order number.
If you have entered the wrong destination address, please let us know the correct one promptly by email.
Once the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
You can complete your purchase on barbanerastyle.com by logging into your account or continuing as a guest.
If you use an account, you can access the site from any country available in the list. Make sure you are logged in from the country you want your order to be shipped to.
By creating an account on barbanerastyle.com, you will have quick access to your order details and can make the checkout process easier and faster.
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is not yet available, but will be released soon. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product sheet and may vary due to the production process.
- Mixed orders (in stock and pre-order items): products will be shipped in two separate times, but shipping costs will be charged only once.
- Orders with pre-order items and different shipping dates : All products will be shipped together with the latest estimated shipping date.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that payment will be taken at the time of purchase.
PRODUCTS
For size information, we recommend you consult our “Size Guide” by clicking on the link in the product sheet.
PRODUCT SIZE
The size indicated on the item label is indicated on each product page. To find the size you want, use our Size Guide.
Contact us by email or by completing the contact form to receive information on purchased items.
We are at your disposal from Monday to Saturday, from 9.00 to 18.00 (CET), excluding public holidays.
For information on Barbanera items not purchased from the online shop, please refer to the authorized dealer.
Barbanera offers a Repair service for items that have worn out or damaged over time. The cost of the service will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@barbanerastyle.com to receive assistance in this regard.

Purchasing on the Barbanera website is reserved for private individuals.
Our prices include VAT in Europe, where applicable.
The receipt issued for each order is sent with the package. If you have an account, you can consult it by logging in.
Please note: once the order has been confirmed, it will not be possible to modify the receipt data or issue a new one.
All orders are shipped in a "Barbanera" branded package.
If your order is a gift, you can let us know in the "notes" section at checkout and request to include a personalized message for the recipient.
Barbanera sells its products exclusively through the following channels:

- Authorized specialized shops
Please contact us to report counterfeit or unauthorized resale of Barbanera products.
On the authenticity of products sold online or in authorized stores: We do not certify the authenticity of products by phone or email.
To ensure that the products are authentic and original, purchase them from the Barbanera online shop, or through the authorized distribution network.
PAYMENTS
Barbanera accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Paypal, Paypal Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL.
If the system does not accept your order, please check that the information you entered is correct.
If all the information is correct, please contact your credit card issuer and, if necessary, inform our Customer Service.
Once we have received your return and verified that all refund requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund request will be processed on the same day as acceptance. The refund will be processed through our payment system within 7 business days of receiving confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on the credit card issuer.
By default, payments are pre-authorized at the time of ordering and captured as soon as the item ships.
ACCOUNT
Creating an account on the Barbanera website allows you to:
- receive special promotions reserved for members
- easily access order details and history.
- Store multiple billing and shipping addresses to speed up order processing.
- create a wishlist
To create an account you can register when completing your order, through the pop-up at the entrance or in the reserved box at the bottom of the homepage. To facilitate your access, you will receive a verification code to the number indicated that will be generated automatically.
Creating an account is not mandatory. You can also place your order with a guest account.
You can update your account details at any time by accessing the relevant section. It will be possible to change all the details except the country in which you registered.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, click on the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the newsletter.
EUROPEAN REGULATION GDPR

What are my privacy rights and how can I exercise them?
In compliance with the GDPR, Barbanera offers you the possibility to:
- Revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data or request rectification at any time.
- Access your personal data, obtain a copy of it and receive information about how it is processed.
- Request the deletion of your personal data or limit its use by Barbanera, under certain conditions.
- Obtain portability of your data, if technically possible.

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a professional specialized in the management and protection of personal data. His main role is to provide advice to companies on privacy matters and to ensure that personal data is processed in compliance with current legislation.
