- Items must be returned in their original condition complete with original packaging
- The soles of the shoes must not show signs of wear or scratches; we therefore ask that you try them on while standing on a carpet and avoid walking on rough surfaces.
- Items can be exchanged (subject to availability) for a different size or different items of equal or greater value.
- For all returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility. The cost will be deducted from the refundable total.
